The IMCZ's "No-Show Policy" is applicable to all club events which involve a registration and a monetary payment. A member or guest who cancels his or her participation in an event after the cancellation deadline (which is the same as the registration deadline if not otherwise stated) is required to pay the full participation fee for that event, as costs will have already been incurred on his or her behalf.
